Villa Karousa is a modern three-storey villa of 430 sq.m., in the picturesque village of Anafonitria, Zakynthos and can accommodate up to 11 people. Built with comfort, luxury and privacy in mind, the villa is situated in a secluded and privileged location with ample space, unobstructed sea and mountain views and a private entrance with parking spaces.

The villa consists of three levels, with stunning views to the endless blue of the Ionian Sea and the spacious surrounding area. Its modern, simple yet luxurious design guarantees unforgettable holidays of high standards.

The first floor features a very spacious and bright area where the living room and the fully equipped kitchen unfold in an open-plan space. Also on the same floor there is a WC and an ensuite room with a double bed overlooking the pool area and a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the very welcomed summer breeze in the afternoon or night hours.

A distinctive element of this floor are the large windows allowing the natural beauty and serenity of the surrounding area to invade the interior composing a summer canvas of beautiful colours.

Also, this level offers access to a spacious terrace complete with an outdoor dining area and spellbinding views of the Ionian Sea, as well as the infinity pool, the fully equipped barbeque, and the outdoor bar, with all the necessary equipment and furniture to prepare your meals and enjoy unique moments with friends or your family.

On the second floor there are three ensuite bedrooms each with a private balcony with incomparable and unobstructed views of the blue Ionian Sea throughout the day.

An internal staircase from the living room leads to the semi-ground floor consisting of a spacious ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a single one overlooking the garden area with its large chess set lying on the grass awaiting the next challenging game. On the same level there is an entertainment room with a pool table, a home cinema and other recreational activities for pleasant and carefree moments.

Villa Karousa is built within a dreamy surrounding area that embraces and blends with it harmoniously while offering its guests a large variety of recreational activities for both kids and adults.

The villa features an infinity pool with sun loungers to enjoy a refreshing dip and soak up the sun in the comfort of your own space with captivating, breathtaking views throughout the day towards the blue of the Ionian Sea as well as the enchanting colours of the sunset. The barbeque and bar area promise to offer moments of relaxation and enjoyment away from the stress of everyday life, whereas the large garden chess, the tennis court, the mini golf and the outdoor children's play area are some of the facilities offered to spoil our guests and make their dream holidays come true. All the outdoor areas are carefully designed, taking the needs of the guests into consideration and promise moments that will never be fed away.
