The staff are absolutely amazing. The pool is well maintained. Good location. My only nitpick is the limited selection at breakfast.

Zakynthos surprise

Last minute holiday. Looked what the area had to offer and this hotel offered free breakfast and was cheaper than room only at other apartments. Bonus as had a fridge and air con in the room. Rooms were basic, normal for Greece I find. Hospitality was great especially Alex behind the bar! The hotel needs an update which I’m told is happening this winter. I would definitely return, ideal location to the beach and restaurants.

The walls were very thin so we could here everything that happened in the room next door. People were being incredibly loud and even if they had a policy that you had to stay quiet past 11pm, nothing happened to the people that were loud. We only stayed there for a night, and made an early checkout. they told us that we would only have to pay for 2 nights (we only stayed one night). After we left the hotel they were out of reach and said that the refund were being processed. We still have not received any money. Hotels.com has not been able to reach them either.

BE AWARE OF BED BUGS! Warning, there are bedbugs here. Unfortunately we got bedbug bites here. We informed the hotel about the bed bugs, but unfortunately they denied everything and blamed it on the mosquitoes. BUT THERE REALLY ARE BED BUGS! We were not given any other options, such as getting a new room/changing rooms. We also did not receive a refund. HORRIBLE! The rooms are also very dirty and the shower is too small.

Hotel bem antigo.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Ontbijt was heel smerig.
