To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with a small lawn area. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor.
