I can't believe this hotel is only rated 2 stars !??! Leaves me speechless because it's so nice, everyone's helpful, everything's clean, the pool is awesome and the breakfast was amazing !!! One of the best hotels we've stayed at and I'm not even lying lol, for real !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

We had bed bugs in our bed. When we realized the next morning, they did allow us to move to another room to get ready. But there was a dead bed bug on the floor in the new room as well. I asked for a refund and they said someone would reach out to me. Overall the hotel was dirty. There was debris on the floors. The furniture and carpets were stained.

This place was a disaster and EVERYTHING smelled like cigarette smoke or pot. I asked for a different room and the second room was worse. I was there with 2 coworkers who said there rooms were terrible too. We all left after abut 15-20 minutes and went somewhere else.

Waited almost 20 to 25 mins at the front counter well the manager was hanging out with her friends . Said they were all fixing a t.v togather . Pile of cigarettes at the back entrance . With broken down machines piled up . The room smelled like cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs everywhere . The blinds didn't work and the highway boise was terrible
