The room was clean,,,,,,except for the penny laying on the floor,,,,,,?? The staff was exceptionally kind and considerate. The bathroom sink tap had water flow that was little more than a drizzle. And when I turned the shower lever, it fell off in my hand. Overall, a very good experience.
