The room was very affordable, however I was surprised at the rating being so high for cleanliness upon arrival. The room, though had been madeover for a new guest, was run down and not deep cleaned. We found a tick crawling on the bed and our son woke up with bites all over him from some bug. This was a pet friendly room hotel and we suppose a pet friendly room.

The room was cold; Even after increasing the heat. The TV was hard to work and the remote was worn. It was hard to see the markings on the remote. There was a big stain on the carpet. The desk chair was very used looking and the computer connection was dirty. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was pleasant.

The issue was the heater. If you turned it on it just continued to blow hot air nonstop even on auto. We had to turn it off and then it was very cold. The fridge couldnit be adjusted either

staff was good. room was good. I just wish you could put silencers on the inside doors. there was so much noise from doors slamming and banging starting at like 5:30am that I could not sleep after that because it wasn’t just one or two times that it happened, but was repeatedly.
