This is a fully detached, standalone bungalow — not an apartment, not a room in a building. Four walls that are entirely yours, with no shared surfaces, no upstairs neighbours, and no sounds from anyone else's stay. That distinction matters more than it might sound when you're actually here.
The bungalow is laid out across two zones, and the separation is deliberate.
The living area is open-plan and breezy — large sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and keep it feeling open and airy. Ceiling fans keep the air moving. This is where you cook, eat, work, and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped and the space flows comfortably for two people.
The bedroom is a different experience entirely — cool, quiet, and private. Air conditioning makes it genuinely restful regardless of the heat outside. The ensuite bathroom is modern and clean. This is your retreat within a retreat.
A dedicated workspace with fast, reliable WiFi means the bungalow works equally well for remote workers who want to be productive in the mornings and on the beach by the afternoon.
Outside, a short path through the gate leads directly onto Uroa Beach — white sand, turquoise water, and the kind of quiet that reminds you why you travel. At high tide the water is calm and swimmable right at the shore. At low tide the reef is exposed, and walking it is one of those small Zanzibar experiences that stays with you.

Uroa Beach changes twice daily. High tide brings clear, calm, swimmable water to the shore. Low tide reveals the reef — worth exploring on foot. Both are worth planning your day around.

Airport Transfer
