Highly Renovated Ta Rozamari Character House With Pool And Hot Tub

A unique house of character in one of the oldest villages of Malta. Ta' Rozamari is complimented with a pool, and a large roof terrace with hot water jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor sitting area, BBQ and dining area. This holiday home is ideal if you are planning to spend days relaxing in the sun by the pool or else exploring the island during the day to return back home and enjoy the house and all of its features. This property has an entrance hall with vaulted ceiling, 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. There is also a third shower room. All rooms lead to the yard and pool area. The old stone staircase in yard leads to the roof terrace.

Une magnifique villa

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en FĂ©vrier dans cette jolie villa et avons pu profiter d un cadre calme, trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©, la maison est fonctionnelle et bien equipee, le jaccuzi est le petit plus qui fait vraiment plaisir. Les hotes Marie Rose et Adrien sont aux petits soins lors de l arrivĂ©e et on mĂȘme eu le dĂ©licat geste de nous mettre quelques grignotages dans le frigo (nous sommes arrivĂ©s trĂšs tard). Nous avons pu dĂ©couvrir l Ăźle entiĂšre en 7 jours et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs heureux de dĂ©couvrir ces jolis paysages et les habitants trĂšs accueillants !

Séjour magnifique dans une maison trÚs agréable à vivre

La maison est au calme, situĂ©e dans une petite rue de quartier. La cour intĂ©rieure est magnifique, la piscine est bienvenue compte tenu des fortes chaleurs, les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Le niveau supĂ©rieur de la cour est tout aussi agrĂ©able avec jacusi et transats. Les propriĂ©taires nous ont rĂ©servĂ© un accueil trĂšs chaleureux, prĂȘts Ă  nous rendre service dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Ă  Malte. Nous les en remercions vivement avec beaucoup de sincĂ©ritĂ©.

Beautiful villa with everything you could need.

We had a wonderful stay. The lovely owners met us and there was a treat for our twins when we arrived as it was their birthday, Comprehensive tour of the villa and lots of initial provisions. Many of areas to sit out in or out of the sun and the added bonus of a hot tub which we used on a couple of the evenings. Would recommend. Though we did have a car the bolt and uber service was excellent on cheap to get both into Valletta and the coast.

Amazing Stay

This was an incredible experience. We had great communication with our hosts Adrian and MaryRose before arriving. Upon our arrival, Adrian met us at the airport so that we could follow him to the property which was SO helpful. In Malta, the drive on the left and it takes time to get used to that. Upon arrival he showed us where to park and we walked to the house where MaryRose was waiting with a big smile and a lovely air about her. They gave us a very thorough orientation which, again, was so helpful. They also told us stories about the renovation project they undertook to restore the property which was fascinating. They had some provisions stocked for us in the refrigerator and even some fresh eggs on the counter from their chickens. Everything was clean and tidy and well organized. Very comfortable and homey. We were happy to be able to do some laundry and hang it out to dry in the fresh Maltese air. The street is very tiny with limited parking so we always parked on the main road about a 5 minute walk. This was no problem for us. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with mostly locals. We met lovely people on street as we were coming and going and also met a lot of sweet cats. Adrian and MaryRose gave us great advice about the neighborhood and also when we wrote and asked for suggestions a couple of times. They are a wonderful couple and the house is amazing and so unique. Highly highly recommend.

Little gem

Lovely twist on an old building ,well thought through, able space for four adults, comfortable beds, good size kitchen, lovely fresh maltese bread handed to us on arrival, top hosts in my books, everything provided thoughtfully in case you got there late you could still make a sandwich and have water etc ,greatly appreciated. Pool lush and hot tub so everyone is happy. Thank you.

Fabulous House

An amazing property which you would have no idea of from the outside. Split level terrace, pool unfortunately in the shade at this time of year, but the hot tub and upper terrace enjoyed sun all day. Owner kindly met us at the airport, despite flight delay and delay with car hire, and the property is only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable mattresses so a good nights sleep is ensured. Well equipped kitchen as we ate in most nights. Didn't use TV much but would recommend a Maltese Film, The Limestone Cowboy. Totally bonkers but based on a true story. Would recommend a car as everywhere on the island is easily reachable in 45 minutes, and there is plenty to explore. Thank you so much Mary Rose and Adrian for your hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Ta Rozamari nella prima settimana di Ottobre. La casa Ăš davvero molto bella, pulitissima, silenziosa e si trova in una zona ideale per poter effettuare le escursioni. Di recente ristrutturazione Ăš arredata con raffinatezza, eleganza e tanto amore. Meravigliosa la cucina super attrezzata, fantastica la piscina, ma la ciliegina sulla torta Ăš il magnifico, grande idromassaggio che si trova sul terrazzo della casa, di cui abbiamo beneficiato ogni sera al rientro dalle escursioni, bevendo il nostro aperitivo. I proprietari Adria e Mary Rose sono degli eccellenti padroni di casa Persone davvero meravigliose sempre super gentili e disponibili in ogni occasione. In questo posto abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto del nostro cuore, sicuramente ritorneremo.

Peaceful & Private

This property was exactly as shown, private & situated in a peaceful area. We were welcomed personally by Mary Rose & Adrian who showed us the property & all its amenities. The accommodation was clean, spacious & private & had everything you would need for a relaxing break. Whilst parking is ad-hoc we never had a problem finding a spot on surrounding streets. Mary Rose & Adrian were always on hand & quick to respond to any communication. The location is ideal to explore the island & we personally enjoyed Valletta & Gozo. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property & hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely courtyard setting in the middle of the town

We very much enjoyed our 10 days here. It's a very well-equipped house in a beautiful courtyard setting. The owners were lovely and friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. The area was slightly more built-up than we thought it would be. Easy to get around and out for the day or evening and we didn't miss not hiring a car at all - it just wasn't necessary. In fact, we would have worried if we had hired a car because parking was tricky. We tried the buses but it was much easier/quicker to use "Bolt" taxis (highly recommend them). All in all, it was a lovely stay in a very well-thought out property.

Lovely Holiday Getaway

Property was excellent and very nicely presented. It was great to have a lovely pool and hot tub which were a must to cool down after days out in the hot sunshine. Would recommend getting a rental car to make the most of exploring and parking was fine once you got used to the best places around and about. Our hosts Mary Rose and Adrian were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/issues before and during our holiday. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Malta.... Oase in der Kleinstadt

Ein stilvoll renoviertes Haus inmitten einer Kleinstadt. Hinter der unscheinbaren Fassade verbirgt sich eine kleine Oase mit Pool und Jacuzzi. Besonders schön: Alle Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof, der immer ein schattiges Eck zu bieten hat. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, was aber bei dem Preisniveau auch erwartbar ist. Direkt am Haus zu parken ist schwierig - normal fĂŒr Malta. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Essen fĂ€hrt man 5 Minuten nach Marsaxlokk (sonst leckerer Fastfood vor Ort). Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war professionell und freundlich. Empfehlung!

Fantastic stay!

The property was clean, as described and had everything that was required. The hosts were quick to sort any issues that we did have and helped us arrange airport transfers. The place itself is in a quiet village but does have a supermarket / bus access to more popular areas in Malta. If you're interested in sightseeing and exploring Malta, you may want to choose somewhere closer to Valletta. If you're interested in relaxing in the sun in a private villa, this place is perfect!
