The keybox to get the key would not open. With the help of a person who works for a different rental helped us contact the 24/7 helpline, the person on the other end said he may not be able to find someone local to help us since it was a Sunday. After an hour and a half of calling and emailing someone came with keys to the keybox and opened it. She was very helpful and saw that it would not open up with the code they provided. The place also had scaffolding set up, didn’t bother us that much until they started taking it down at 7:15am. No Wifi, we were given a small discount, but not worth it. On the positive side, great views of the Matterhorn and it was in a convenient area to the train station, grocery stores and bus stop. It was quiet except for the morning they took down the scaffolding.

Schöne, saubere und zweckmÀssige Wohnung gut gelegen

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wochnung verbringen dĂŒrfen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die KĂŒche und das Bad wurden erst vor kurzem neu gemacht und alles war tip-top. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr grosszĂŒgig, die Inneneinrichtung nicht modern, aber zweckmĂ€ssig. Wir können diese Wohnung fĂŒr Familien sehr empfehlen, weil sie grosszĂŒgig ist, und strategisch gut gelegen (5 Meter neben Bushaltestelle).
