Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am See
Liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Schöne Sauna ebenfalls mit Ausblick auf das Zeulenroda Meer. Außenbereich leider etwas ungepflegt ansonsten aber alles top.

Schön aber unfertig / Bewertung für Objekt 249!
Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf dieses Objekt sondern auf die 249.Uns wurde vorher mitgeteilt, dass wohl Reparaturen durchgeführten werden müssten.Wir wurden ohne weitere Kosten auf das teurere Objekt 249 umgebucht.Das Einbuchen war super und ohne Probleme.Auf den ersten Blick war die 249 echt klasse.Leider ließ der Zustand bei näherem Blick sehr zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem die Sauberkeit.Die Gläser in der Vitrine waren schmierig und fettig, Teller nicht/kaum gespült.Ebenfalls gab es nur 1 dreckiges Weinglas und allgemein eine sehr seltsame Anzahl von Gläsern, etc...Der Backofen war nicht zu gebrauchen, weil er vor lauter altem Fett beim ersten Gebrauch gequalmt hat ohne Ende.Die Glasscheibe der Dunstabzugshaube war ölig/fettig.In den Zimmerecken hatte sich Dreck gesammelt.Im Wohnzimmer wiesen die Kissen Flüssigkeitsflecken auf und die Couch, wenn auch sehr bequem, war staubig und krümelig. Die Matrazen leider recht alt und fleckig...der Topper in mindestens einem Schlafzimmer war stark verfusselt, was man durch die Bettwäsche merkt.Das Bad war schön renoviert...aber auch hier nicht fertig. Die Duschtür ist nur eine halbe, weshalb man beim duschen das Bad unter Wasser setzt.Die Abdeckung des Abflusses ist lose und mitunter ein Verletzungsrisiko, wenn man falsch darauf tritt.Der Balkon war super...aber auch hier sehr unliebsam gepflegt...die Polster der Sitzmöbel einfach in einer Ecke übereinander geschmissen und ein künstlicher Weihnachtsbaum im Februar als Deko.Im Bereich unter dem Balkon befindet sich der Grillplatz mit jede Menge Möglichkeiten.Statt dem halbherzig aufgestellten Grill und der improvisierten Wäschetrommelfeuerstelle.Eine gemauerte Feuerstelle mit Schwenkgrill und Sitzmöglichkeiten wäre toll und würde das Objekt aufwerten.Ebenso ein richtiger Weg zu der Fasssauna, damit man im Dunkeln nicht über die Wiese stapfen muss.Unter dem Balkon befand sich das Holzlager für den Kamin.Leider war das eingelagerte Holz zu groß für diesen.Mit etwas Glück konnte man aber etwas passendes zusammenklauben.Bitte verstehen sie mich nicht falsch.Das Objekt ist wirklich toll.Es ist ruhig.Mit Blick auf den See und wirklich groß für seine Kategorie aber es bedürfte 2 Wochen mit 2 fähigen Handwerkern um das Objekt dem doch recht hohem Preis anzupassen.Es fehlen Fußboden & einheitliche Deckenleisten.Kabel sollten ordentlich verlegt sein & nicht nur provisorisch mit WAGO-Klemmen.Ein Vordach über dem Eingang wäre toll um weniger Dreck rein zu tragen

Nepp mit DDR- Charme
Außenanlage völlig verwahrlost. Preis= Nepp. Schlafräume indiskutabel; Bad unakzeptabel(Duschwasser für knapp 4 Minuten) extrem eng; Freisitz mit uralten fleckigen Polstern; DDR- Datsche von Heimwerkern mäßig aufgepimpt!!

Doppelbelegung
Als wir angekommen sind war der Bungalow schon belegt, wurde aber von den Vermieter geklärt. Sonst war es gut.
