Works for me
This hotel is the closest hotel to the Bus Terminal. I've been staying at this hotel since it first opened. It is a little on the worn out side, but still it suits me. The check in staff is very friendly, though English isn't proficient.

Close to two shopping malls
This is a hotel that used to be 4 stars. But now it is barely 3 stars. The main problem is the age and the location. Everything is worn out, and the hotel is right on the busiest street in the city, right next to a bus stop. So there is constant honking from about 7am until midnight. It is impossible to relax. It is near the lake and across the street from two shopping malls. The bus stop in front of the entrance has a bus that goes to the mountain.
