Noisy neighborhood, old hotel, small rooms, no amenities (no gym, etc.) Positives: walking distance to Gongbei crossing to macau, lots of cheap food options, lots of cheap shops, sealed clean bath towels, friendly staff. Overall would stay again given the value.
