Staff are not helpful as they will blame on you if you order the food and cannot be connected with the delivery staff. (PS: the signal of the phone is weak in the room and you are hardly reached in your own mobile) It is hard to connect WiFi in room.

Enjoyable stay in zhu hai

Good hotel for zhuhai standards. Opportunity for the bell boy and male front desk service were cold. Another opportunity is on the unavailability of non smoking rooms in this hotel

Room is clean and the shower water pressure is excellent. The location is also ideal. My only gripe is that the sound proofing is not great. The door cannot close automatically and if another guest left it unclosed, it produces a constant beeping as warning, and the beeping could be heard in other rooms, very annoying.

Nice Hotel with confy room, but..

Nice hotel with updated rooms, right by the gates to Macau which is convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. The "but", the hotel is geared towards Chinese nationals, this meaning that non-smoking rooms do not exist, I was lucky enough get a room where the cigarette smell was down to a minimum, and this was my pick out of 5 rooms I was given to choose from.

The Guotai Hotel is located only a couple of minutes from the North Exit 2 of the underground mall connected to the Gongbei border crossing. There is a full-service spa located on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the price is very competitive. I had a foot massage there and I must say it was one of the best I've ever had. The restaurant inside the hotel is a little pricey but there are plenty of options just steps away from the hotel, e.g. KFC is next to the hotel and McDonalds is across the street. When shopping in the underground mall make sure you haggle with the sales person. I got a 50% off the quoted price after doing some comparison shopping and haggling with the sales people. Westerners are not accustomed to this style of shopping but it is acceptable here in China.

(1) Room was neatly designed. (2) Bathroom sink was not in its full function (water slowly went away). (3) Study chair's adjustable height was in need of re-calibration. (4) Breakfast was less than acceptable in variety.

拱北口岸から歩いて10分以内で、周りには食べる所もマッサージ店も沢山ありとても良い立地です。 私は年末から年始にかけて3泊しましたが、にぎやかな繁華街の割には部屋はとても静かで、ぐっすり眠ることができました。朝食はついていますが、周りの店で格安で食べられるので、ほとんど利用しませんでした。チェックイン、チェックアウト共スムーズで、特に不便はなく、部屋には無料のミネラルウォーターもあり、コンセントも日本のまま変換なく差せたのは便利でした。 また、電気等はタッチパネルで使いやすかったです。 また珠海にいくことがあれば、宿泊したいと思います。

雖然近車站很方便，但酒店殘舊丶室內有味道丶毛巾灰灰的，房價差不多要六百元太貴了。 反而後面的按摩店服務不錯

以前已入住過此洒店，因為過關方便！職員check in 亦快捷！但因為在網上訂房的時候，已要求兩張床，但入住時職員説我沒有要求，所以衹有提供一大床，其後職員亦向我出示證明，確實沒有特別要求兩張床！對此，我已向貴站反映了⋯⋯若不是這瘕疵，則各樣都不錯！

ホテルの前の巨大ショッピングビルはつぶれて廃墟でした。にぎやかさを求めるなら蓮花路のほう側に宿泊したほうが良いです。
