Great view, great floor-plan and great pools. Customer service is very poor however. After check in we sat in yjr lobby for 30 minutes waiting on a bell boy. When we checked out it was the same issue. They wanted us to wait until there was a manager there. Once a manager came, she tried to get us to pay $75 in fees we were never aware of. I had to fight with the manager to get them to not be paid. Also, this property sits on a high hills, which means if you are disabled, older or with anytype of medi
