The high-quality apartment is located only 500m from the beach and harbor in one of the most attractive residential areas in the popular Baltic Sea spa Zingst. The former fishing village is located on one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Germany in the middle of the Pomeranian lagoon landscape on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, which is appreciated by holidaymakers. The apartment is located in a modern villa in white country house style that was only completed in 2014. It has its own car parking space and a spacious, ground-level and lockable bike shed. The apartment is fully equipped as follows: Top WiFi, Loewe TV, state-of-the-art kitchen, dishwasher, oven with microwave, induction cooker, coffee frother, guest toilet, washing machine, large balcony with SW alignment, fly screen, leather coach with sleeping function, large box spring bed, reading corner , modern bathroom with walk-in shower, safe, new cabinets in white country house style with wood (from Feb. 18), 2 radios and much more. There are only 5 apartments in the new property.

The apartment is certified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Shops, restaurants, bars, cultural offers and bicycle rentals are around 500 m away.

The apartment basically has two beds. On request, the sofa bed with two beds can also be used in the living room. A cot also belongs to the apartment.
