The high-quality semi-detached house extends over two floors and is modern and furnished to a high standard.

From the living area you can access the terrace, where you will find a beautiful beach chair as a small highlight. Here you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning and the wonderful sunshine of Usedom in the wind-protected beach chair. On cold days, you can warm up in the infrared sauna and then make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The underfloor heating throughout the house also contributes to the cozy atmosphere.

The vacation home has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, so that a vacation with two couples or the family is comfortably possible.

Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of untouched nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species.
The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme spa can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is an interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.

The small airport of Usedom is located near the vacation village. Here you can watch an airplane take off or land about once a day.
