The high-quality equipped semi-detached house extends over two floors and is modern and furnished to a high standard. In the combined living and dining area there is a wood-burning stove and the TV with DVD player. So nothing stands in the way of cozy DVD evenings. From the living area you can access the terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny hours of Usedom. On cold days you can warm up in the Finnish sauna.
The first bedroom has a cozy double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds.
Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoiled nature. Here you are surrounded by the extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and find both peace and relaxation, as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.
The fishing village Kamminke with a small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities are located about 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.
Near the vacation village is the small airport of Usedom. Here you can watch about 1x a day an airplane taking off or landing.
