The beautiful Villa Ružmarin is located in a small Istrian village, in a quiet area. The garden is private and secure, only for your use.
On hot summer days you will find true relaxation by the pool under the warm Istrian sun.

Two-storey house surrounded by unspoiled pure nature, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and amenities. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a TV.
The living room is very comfortable, with a large sofa, a large TV, and a direct exit to the terrace overlooking the pool.

A large outdoor table is just steps above the pool. On the charcoal grill, you can prepare delicious fish and meat dishes.

Great place, great location, great host
We stayed in Zminj for a week in the summer and can only say it was awesome. The house was perfect, mega attention to comfort and details. Everything we needed was there not to mention the surprize champaign that kept appearing the outdoor wine cooler by the pool. The house is close enough to small town Zminj that has all the basics including large grocers and butcheries. Also some really good restaurants and Ivan the host is happy to make recommendations. Trips to the coast are quick in any direction and you can head south, east or west to the beach and be there in under 30 min so perfect to explore the who of the peninsula. Total privacy with great outdoor layout by the pool. Absolutely would stay again and longer.

Wohlfühloase für die Familie mit Kindern
Uns hat das Objekt sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war geräumig und vollständig ausreichend für 4 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Die Schlafräume im Erdgeschoß und im Obergeschoß waren ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight war die komplette AUSSENKÜCHE mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatten und Spüle. Damit spielte sich das Leben komplett draussen ab. Beide Küchen war mit Geschirr und Utensilien komplett eingerichtet. Das Haus hat zwei Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem mit einem schweren Tor verschliessbaren Grundstück. Der Pool war schön angelegt und lud immer wieder zur Abkühlung ein. Der kleine Ort Tomisici liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Zminj. Dort findet man kleine Restaurants und einen gut sortierten neuen Supermarkt. Für Ausflüge: Rovinj 30 km, Porec 35 km. Pula 25 km, Pazin 20 km und Rabac 30 km! Die kroatischen Gastgeben waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen oder Probleme wurde per Whatsapp zeitnah und lösungsorientiert erledigt. Wir können dieses haus nur jedem weiter empfehlen :-)

Tolles Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt
Ein Ferienhaus mit jeglichem Komfort. Selbst an die kleinen praktischen Details, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm machen, wurde gedacht. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große und sehr gepflegte Poolanlage. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Außenküche, die von uns rege genutzt wurde. Der Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert, unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten standen bei Ankunft bereit. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man den Supermarkt. Das Auto kann direkt auf dem verschlossenen Grundstück geparkt werden. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen, erholsamen und komfortablen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ruzmarin 😎☀️👍.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Super-Sauber und TOP ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder!
Ich bin ja meistens skeptisch was schöne Bilder angeht. Und die Bilder der Villa haben einen TOP Eindruck gemacht. Ich hatte aber erwartet, das die Realität dann doch davon abweicht. Weit gefehlt. Alles ist so wie hier auf FeWo-direkt beschrieben. Nun zu den Details: DER GASTGEBER: Der Gastgeber bzw. die Mutter des Gastgebers wohnt wohl direkt nebenan im nächsten Haus. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir auch gleich sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Gesprochen wird Englisch. Wenn etwas fehlt oder noch Fragen offen sind: Einfach kurz ne Nachricht schicken und schon wird einem geholfen. Bei uns fehlten irgendwie die Weingläser. Die sind wohl von den Gästen vor uns „vernichtet“ worden. Wir haben kurz nachgefragt und schon haben wir einen neuen Karton mit Weingläsern geliefert bekommen. Dann haben wir uns gefragt, ob man den schönen offenen Kamin mal anmachen kann. An einem Tag, wo es evtl. etwas verregnet ist. Kurz ne Nachricht geschickt. Und schon ist Ivan (Gastgeber) abends mit einer Ladung Kaminholz vorbei gekommen. Wir hätten auch noch mehr bekommen können. Alles kein Problem. Hier merkt man einfach, das die Gastgeber sehr daran interessiert sind, das alles passt und keine Wünsche offen bleiben. DIE VILLA: Top ausgestattet. Man kann hier wirklich gut abhängen und die Ruhe genießen. Es gibt gefühlt in jeden Raum einen TV mit deutschen Sendern. Wir haben unser eigenes HDMI Kabel mitgenommen und mit unseren Smartphones gelegentlich abends mal „gestreamt“. Hier der vielleicht einzige kleine Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das WLAN. Es ist vorhanden. Es klappt auch alles soweit gut. Aber sobald jemand irgendwas streamt ist das Ding am Limit. Wir haben mal gemessen: 5Mbit. Mehr geht da nicht. Wir haben uns halt abgesprochen. Dann ging das schon. Sind ja nicht zum glotzen in den Urlaub gefahren. DIE LAGE: Sehr ruhig. Man fährt erst durch ein Stück Wald und fragt sich, ob da noch was kommt. Dann ein kleines Dorf mit gefühlt 20 Häusern oder so. Kaum Verkehr. Gelegentlich fährt mal jemand an der Villa vorbei. Aber das stört kaum. Sehr sehr ruhig. „Links“ neben der Villa ist eh nur Wiese. Man ist ungefähr 5 min vor dem nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt. Bei Tagesausflügen ist uns aufgefallen: Im Umkreis von ca. 30-40 min ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Lidl, Kaufland, DM. Man bekommt hier alles. Zusammenfassend: Wem aufmerksame Gastgeber und eine ruhige und saubere Unterkunft sehr wichtig sind, der ist hier richtig!

Schönes Haus
Insgesamt war es ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind als Gruppe (19-22 Jahre) verreist. Das Haus ist zwar eigentlich sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings führt eine Straße vorbei an der auch mal schneller gefahren wird. Die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer müssen sich ein Bad teilen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Für 9 Personen würde ich es allerdings nicht empfehlen, da die Schlafplätze auf der Couch nicht optimal sind.

Sommerferien 2022
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der großzügige, gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Aussenbereich lud dazu ein, die Sommertage zu verbummeln. Schöne Alleinlage ohne direkte Nachbarn, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus und dem herum.

Tolles Haus mit Pool
Das Haus war in einen TOP-Zustand mit einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar, wir wurden mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen und konnten unseren Urlaub voll genießen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich in Familie zu beschäftigen (Tischtennisplatte etc.). Das Haus ist klimatisiert und sehr ruhig gelegen, was einen entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, wir kommen gern mal wieder für einen weiteren Aufenthalt vorbei.
