The house has a modern interior, a swimming pool and the plot is big enough for your children to play and run around. Steep stairs between ground floor and 1st floor. Bedroom 1 with associated bathroom is located in a separate property, 10 m from the main house. One of these 4 houses with pool, belongs to the landlord (CIL232). These houses are ideal for families who want to spend their vacations together, but do not want to give up their privacy. The area is quiet, only 30 minutes by car will bring you to the seaside resorts with their numerous offers.
