Through the covered entrance, you step into the living room, characterized by large windows. The living room is spacious, practical, and cozy, thanks to the use of natural materials and colorful decor. Opposite the television, there is a two-seater sofa, a separate armchair, and a coffee table. Under the window, you'll find a dining table that seats 2 people. In the center of the living area, there is a modern kitchen. Prepare delicious meals in this kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. Whether you are a gourmet or simply want to prepare light snacks, you have everything you need here.
Behind the living room, you'll find the bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated by wooden sliding doors. The bedroom features two single box spring beds (90x200cm), a wardrobe, and blackout window coverings for a good night's sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a shower seat, a sink, a sink cabinet, and a toilet.
There is a small terrace in front of the house and another one behind the house. Both terraces are furnished with a garden set, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The property also has a small storage room.

For added comfort, there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer, so you can refresh your towels and swimwear after a long day at the beach, in preparation for the next beach day.

There is space in front of the house for parking your car.

There are various water sports centers along the coast. Spending a day at the nearest beach, such as Renesse or Brouwersdam, is also an option! Explore the historic towns in the vicinity, like Zierikzee, and admire the old architecture. Afterward, relax at one of the cozy cafés or savor the local Zeeland dishes at restaurants in the area.
