A 41 m² one-bedroom apartment for 4 people, with views over the sea and the pool, in a small 4-star residence at Pinarello, southern Corsica.
Bright throughout, with air conditioning in every room. The residence holds only five well-appointed apartments, none of them overlooked: it never feels crowded.

THE BEDROOM

One bedroom with a 180 x 200 double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. A small hallway separates the bedroom from the living room and leads to the WC and the shower room: everyone reaches them without crossing anyone else's space, so nobody is disturbed.

THE TERRACE

Covered and facing the sea, it extends the living space and holds a private spa, a plancha grill, sun loungers and a table for meals outdoors. Facing due south, it catches the sun all day: in the morning the sun rises out of the sea, and in the evening the light settles on the mountains.

THE RESIDENCE'S FACILITIES

The pool measures 14 by 6 metres and stays heated to 29°C from late March to early November — from the spring holidays through to the All Saints' break — and outside that period on request. That is what makes a stay here enjoyable well beyond the summer.

There is also a sauna, a hammam and a gym, freely available throughout your stay. Free parking and charging points for electric vehicles (chargeable service).

Pinarello beach is 800 metres away, within walking distance, with its fishing village, its restaurants and its Genoese tower. The Cavu valley, its natural rock pools and its hiking trails are fifteen minutes away. The shops of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio and the beaches of San Ciprianu and Cala Rossa are a few minutes' drive. Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and the Alta Rocca make comfortable day trips.

Alles was man braucht

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Zum Strand geht man zu Fuss ca. 15min. Sehr gut geeignet für Kinder, da der Strand sehr flach ist und einen feinen Sand hat. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber und die Einrichtung gut. Das Wetter war sehr heiss (35C) und der Whirlpool mit seinen 37C leider etwas zu warm. Ansonsten sehr angenehm. Die Betten waren super bequem. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und echt eine Wohltat im Sommer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und erreichbar.

L’endroit idéal pour les vacances

Matthieu nous a accueilli dans un appartement au dessus de nos espérances. L’endroit est idéal pour se relaxer tout en profitant de la très belle vue mer. L’appartement est totalement équipé et tout confort. Rien ne manque. Dans les parties communes, le hammam et sauna sont un véritable plus surtout en janvier! Si on souhaite un peu plus de confort en intimité chaque appartement est équipé d’un spa. Le top du top surtout quand le propriétaire est autant aux petits soins ! Bref on recommande totalement

Traumhafter Aufenthalt auf traumhafter Insel

Wir waren zu Gast bei Matthieu in seiner schönen Ferienwohnung. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer verfügbar war. Insgesamt umfasst die Residence von Matthieu 5 Wohnungen in 3 Gebäuden, die den tollen Pool, Hamam, Sauna und Fitnessraum gemeinsam nutzen. Poolzeiten: 8 - 20 Uhr. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt unterhalb des Pools ist ein kleiner Gemüse und Lebensmittelladen, in dem wir jeden Morgen frisches Baguette geholt haben. Und auch die Pizzeria gleich daneben ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sowohl um kurz mal abends eine zu holen, als auch sonst. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung in ein Top Luxuriösen kleinen Anlge

Wir (Familie zwei Kinder) waren 14 Tage in der Location Pinarellu. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr modern und sehr sauber. Die Anlage wird gepflegt, Pool gereinigt und auch sonst kümmern sich die Eigentümer sofort um jedes kleine Thema. Die Lage ist super für alles Aktivitäten im Südosten. Mehrer schöne Strände, Flussbadesgellen, Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio und Solenzare sind alle innerhalb einer Stunde oder weniger zu erreichen. Wir warne sehr zufrieden. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. mit eigenem Whirlpool, grossen Balkon und Grill sind die Wohnungen top ausgestattet. Der Gemeinschaftpool, die Saune und das Fitnessstudio sind top. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Parfait pour couple avec jeunes enfants

Accueil plus que sympathique, Appartement très propre (et climatisé) avec les outils de l'été : barbecue, jaccuzi et les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Piscine fantastique avec des marchés (pratique pour les bébés) Vue très appréciable et Matthieu vous recommanderais ballades et restaurants à tenter à proximité. Vacances sereines en vue !

Magnifique logement

Bel appartement, avec un tres bon emplacement (prox plage, epicerie, restaurant). Logement tres bien equipé et fonctionnel (barbecue, transat, jaccuzi, plusieurs machines a café, lit de 200x200) L'espace Spa commun a la residence est tres agreable. Très bon accueil de la part de Matthieu. Appartement magnifique avec superbe vue au calme. Très propre, bien aménagé. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est vraiment un point positif. Les espaces communs sont bien entretenus. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit !

Superbe appart avec une magnifique terrasse, jacuzzi avec vue splendide, appartement tout équipé moderne. Matthieu nous a très bien accueilli et à répondu présent à chaque sollicitation de notre part. Piscine chauffée, sauna, hammam salle de sport. Résidence calme, Plage de Pinarello accessible à pied à 800m. Restaurant Pizzeria a toute proximité de la résidence avec possibilité de venir chercher pain et viennoiseries pour les petits dej. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans le sud est de la Corse.

Repos et tranquillité. Vous disposez de tout le confort de la maison avec en plus les options Jacuzzi,Hammam et Sauna. La salle de sport vient maintenant compléter cette prestation de grande envergure.La vue sur la baie de Pinarellu complète le décor. Ouliana et Matthieu seront là en cas de besoin. Attention cependant il faut être très fort le moment venu ou il faut quitter les lieux.
