The Villa is located in PINARELLO, in the commune of SAINTE-LUCIE DE PORTO VECCHIO, just 600 meters from the beach, classified as the twentieth most beautiful beach in the world, 3 km from all amenities and 15 km from PORTO- VECCHIO.
The beach is accessible on foot via a footbridge (see photo), no parking problem.
It is a 150m2 villa, enjoying a beautiful view, quiet, on 2000 m2 of unfenced land, with private pool of 8m by 4 fully secure. The fully air-conditioned villa consists of 4 bedrooms each with its bathroom and toilet and television (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a large living dining room, bathed in light (large bay windows) open onto a shaded terrace with a barbecue and access to the swimming pool.
Near the most beautiful beaches in the south of Corsica, you can savor Corsican gastronomy in the straw huts, bars, restaurants by the water, you can practice all the water sports you want.
A few kilometers away, you can also enjoy walks in mountain waterfalls, hiking, canyoning, tree climbing ...

Entspannung pur!
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Bad pro Schlafraum und eigenem Pool. Sehr nahe am Meer gelegen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

la villa est spacieuse et agréable,
l'environnement très calme mais les autres villas sont proches les unes des autres et je pense que quand elles sont toutes occupées, cela ne doit pas être aussi calme!
dommage que les chambres doubles soit équipées de baignoires
