Vardiola beach on foot in 1 min and Pinarello beach 10 min walk, with its white sandy beach, pine forest, fishing village, restaurants, water activities: sailing school, diving, jet skis, boat rental. All shops and services 7 min by car (2 supermarkets), organic market and organic wine estate 5 min away. Daily delivery of bread and pastries during peak season.
Very well-equipped villa, fully renovated and air-conditioned. 350 m2 sea view terrace, barbecue, chilled water fountain, spa with back massage, ping-pong table, table football, paddle and canoe-kayak, 3 private tennis courts in the residence. Sun loungers and garden furniture. Numerous board games. A closed courtyard with two outdoor showers. Beautiful landscaped garden ensuring discreet environment with neighbours.
Pets are welcome, the ground is not fenced.
The interior of the house is carefully designed. Exceptional bedding, we provide household linen, cotton percale bed linen, towels and tea towels. Additionally available, a travel cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub. Two TVs and Internet. Parking for 2 vehicles on-site with electrical outlet.

grande qualità - ottima vacanza
La villa è situata all'interno di un'area di lottizzazione abbastanza riservato, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Vardiola (non esattamente diretto dalla casa, come sembrerebbe dalle foto, ma con un sentierino laterale - saranno 100 metri in tutto). In 10 minuti a piedi sei alla spiaggia di Pinarello. Interni ed esterni della casa perfettamente arredati e accessoriati, forse ancor meglio che nelle foto. Nei giorni di massima calura estiva, l'aria condizionata è stata perfetta in ogni ambiente della casa. Hosting gestito da agenzia, molto professionale e cordiale. Raccomandabile!

Wundervolle Villa
Die ganze Villa war absolut sauber und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für perfekte Ferien braucht. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Superbe villa en seconde ligne front de mer
Super séjour en pré-saison touristique. Maison très bien équipée, extérieur agréable avec jacuzzi, baby-foot et voilages. Prises devant les voitures permettant la recharge pour véhicules hybrides. Le gestionnaire et propriétaire très à l'écoute. Je recommande!
