You enter and find yourself in the large living room opening onto the terrace.

The swimming pool is HEATED and is 7 metres by 3.50 metres and its depth is constant at about 1.50 metres.

A 140 bed is in the living room (wooden bed behind the yellow sofa) and the red sofa is convertible, providing a bed for 2 more people. All windows have electric shutters for total blackout.

The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine...

The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and has an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and toilet.

The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed and has an en-suite shower room with towel rail and toilet.

The third bedroom communicates with the first to form a master suite if necessary and although it is more intended for children it can accommodate adults, it has 3 single beds of 70, one of which is high and two that are joined together to obtain a bed of 140.

The villa has another shower room (and therefore has 3 places to wash) and a separate toilet. 5 units provide air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi internet, a satellite receiver allows the reception of many television channels.

Many beaches within driving distance: Palombaggia, Rondinara, Santa Giulia... and more specifically 2 that are near the villa:

-the beach of the Americans (2 minutes by car, 15 on foot) very wild and beautiful, uncrowded,

-the beach of Fautéa (4 minutes by car) which is of fine sand, parking very close and restaurant by the beach.

We have a high chair, a cot and a stroller.
