ZUMAIAKO TXAPITULA is a beautiful sloping apartment located in the wonderful coastal town of Zumaia. It is located 7 km from Getaria, 12 from Zarautz and 35 from San Sebastián, with very good communication by public transport and by highway and expressways.
The house is located in the upper neighborhood of San José, which since 2019 has a modern system of elevators and walkways with panoramic views of the city. This access system connects the neighborhood effortlessly with the center in just 5 minutes. It should be noted that the building does NOT have an elevator and that currently next to the building on the outside, redevelopment works are being carried out until the beginning of May, which may cause noise disturbances during the day.
The garret Zumaiako Txapitula is close to the old town and the town center but away from the noise and hubbub. This accommodation is a good option to spend a stay in the Basque Country, it has modern touches, a lot of natural wood and what is necessary to make the stay pleasant.
Zumaiako Txapitula has all the comforts: an equipped kitchen, a small living room, a room with a double bed and another with a single bed. The house has a renovated bathroom with shower, smart TV, cable TV ... The free Wi-Fi signal reaches the entire house.
