Dalmatian Villa Maria is situated in a picturesque village of Postranje, on the hill just above the coast of the Adriatic sea. It is a fully equipped house with a great location for those who are looking for a unique experience.
Upgrade for season 2018: Just in process of preparing beautiful stone summer kitchen with all the suppliances including dishwasher, grill,stove, fridge,ice maker, bar and TV just next to the pool area.

If you are looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation, far away from the fast urban everyday life, but still close to all cultural and recreational activities, then Dalmatian Villa Maria is the perfect choice. This charming Villa is situated in a beautiful Dalmatian village where you will enjoy in a peaceful green area with a beautiful sea view and full privacy, just a few kilometers far away from the beaches, restaurants and bars.
The house consists of 200 m2 and 400 m2 garden which is surrounded by a fence.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances needed. Cozy living room with a big TV - satellite TV, DVD and play station. From the kitchen and living room you can step out to a beautiful terrace where you have an amazing sea and mountain view while dining. Our ground floor also includes a garage which is connected with the house. As well the ground floor includes a big bathroom with a huge shower. Small laundry area with a washing machine is situated just next to the bathroom.
The Villa has 4 double bedrooms which are situated on the first floor together with 1 bathroom with shower. 2 main bedrooms have balconies where you can enjoy the first rays of the sun and an amazing sea view. One of the bedrooms has a terrace surrounded with a grape wine overlooking the mountains and it’s a perfect place to just relax while reading a book or doing anything else at such a peaceful spot.
Our private swimming pool is situated in front of the house, secluded with a stone wall and trees. There is also a covered part for dining/ barbecuing and 60m2 long terrace for sunbathing and a shower. As well there is a big garden with flowers and a grass field perfect for children to play or just to relax.
The biggest highlight of your vacation will be unforgettable and colorful sunset and a moment in paradise while laying on the sun loungers and listening to the sound of birds.
Villa features an air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a SAT / TV + play station and DVD. Sun chairs and towels on the pool will be provided for you. As well you will have 2 mountain bikes at your disposal and fresh vegetables eco produced.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
We will be happy to arrange a pickup for you from the Dubrovnik airport. If you need housekeeping during your stay, we will provide it for you as well.
You are welcome to enjoy drinking fresh water from the source of natural water coming through the mountain only 20 meters away from the house.
We are pleased to welcome you as our guests and will do our best to ensure that your holiday will be beautiful and unforgettable. We will be at your disposal for any queries you might have. Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung

Wir waren hier mit 7 Personen, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und es fehlt nichts. Der Blick zur Bucht ist super und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer. Der Grillplatz ist wirklich luxuriös. Das alles wird komplettiert durch sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ohne jede Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen!

Lovely place and incredible hostess!

This place is fantastic! We stayed for a week , 8 women aged 15-70 years and this villa was the best choice we could imagine! Villa was just like it says , and much more. Breathtaking scene from villa made us impressed every day! Hostess Diana is very helpful and hospitable, such a lovely person! Everything went so easily that we could just enjoy our vacation. She organized warm welcoming and little surprises during the week and made us feel cozy. We made a one-day trip to Montenegro, and Diana also organize our mother`s birthday party to the Villa with local chef, who made dinner for us. We also visited Dubrovnik old town and Srd hill. We didn`t rent a car, but Diana organize our transport from airport and we could call to driver any time we needed transport. Location of the villa is very good, short way to Dubrovnik(15min), airport (15min), and to the beach and village (<10min) . The villa was very clean and very well equipped, also the pool area was very clean and well taken care of, we spent lots of time there and balcony and summer kitchen area was super! I can highly recommend this Villa for visit, easy to go around and spend time at the villa too. Thousand thanks, Diana! Vietimme viikon loman kesäkuun alussa Dianan huvilalla., seurueessamme oli 8 henkeä iältään 15-70v. Huvila oli paras valinta, mitä olisimme voineet kuvitella! Paikka oli juuri kuten kuvissa, ja vielä enemmänkin. Huikaiseva näköala teki vaikutuksen joka päivä. Kävimme päivän retkellä Montenegrossa , sekä retket Dubrovnikiin ja Mliniin rannalle . Myös SRD kukkulan näköala kannattaa käydä katsomassa. Emme vuokranneet autoa, Diana järjesti meille kyydityksen kentältä, ja tarvittaessa soitimme kuljettajalle, joka ajelutti tarvittaessa minne halusimme. Diana myös järjesti äidillemme syntymäpäiväjuhlat, jolloin paikallinen kokki tuli laittamaan meille päivällistä huvilalle. Diana auttoi meitä kaikissa asioissa, joten saimme vain nauttia lomasta. Huvilan sijainti on hyvä, vain 15 min ajo Dubrovnikin vanhaan kaupunkiin ja lentokentälle, kylään ja rannalle alle 10min. Huvila on erittäin hyvin varusteltu, ja allasalue puhdas ja siisti. Parveke ja kesäkeittiö on huippu! Voin lämpimästi suositella paikkaa lomanviettoon, helppo tehdä retkiä ympäristöön ja huvilalla viihtyy!
