Spacious 5 bedroom Stone Villa with Private Pool and Sea view

Spacious five-bedroom Villa Mlini features a private pool and is located in the quaint coastal village of Mlini, only 9 km (6 miles) from the Old town of Dubrovnik.

This modern villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms.The ground floor has a comfortable living room with an access to the terrace and a swimming pool. The ground floor features a stylish living room with direct access to the terrace and pool—perfect for indoor-outdoor relaxation. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with twin beds that can be converted into a king if needed. A well-appointed family bathroom serves this area. The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the conveniences guests might need during their stay.
The first floor has two modern and spacious en suite king size bedrooms, one en bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate toilet. On this floor there is also an open plan area (kitchen and living room) with a large terrace and a spectacular sea view.

Enjoy dining al fresco under the covered pergola where you will find a large dining table and a barbecue. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, relax on one of the sun loungers or make yourself comfortable on the sofas under the covered terrace with a good book and a glass of wine.

The beach is only about 100 m (330 ft) from the villa and is reached by a charming wander down path through the pine trees.

A brilliant place to stay

Our stay here couldn't have been better. Irena was fantastic in arranging everything before we arrived and was so helpful whilst we were there. Fantastic getaway spot

This house was so amazing. Essentially 2 apartments which made it easy for some of us to work while the others were enjoying the location. Easy walk to local restaurants and hotels for meals. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepped at the house. Teens enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to get to the sea. The hosts went out of their way to assist us in planning excursions. We had a bit of a miscommunication on one of our plans. You will want to be very specific if you are communicating in English. I’m just so grateful they were able to speak english!! All in all excellent trip with amazing hosts. We felt very lucky to have found this spot.

Great choice and great service

Great villa with exceptional service from Irena the host. It’s well located in Mlini 10 min a walk to averything you need plus water taxis to Dubrovnik and Cavctat . Points to note villa is exceptionally specified with high quality bathrooms kitchen and sun beds. Be aware though that it is in fact two apartments with separate front doors. Would suggest that the host issues more than one key for each apartment. Other things to note are bedroom with the bunk beds was in fact a double perfect for us. The bbq is in an area behind the house with nice table and chairs but cut off from the very nice terrace and view with large covered dining table would have preferred the bbq on the main terrace. Bonus was a table football on the outside that gave many hours of fun. Outside toilet for when in the pool area , outside fridge also for the pool - all very well thought out. Would recommend this villa and if we come back as group to Mlini we would stay here again. Mlini is just perfect setting for a family holiday excellent independent restaurants , a few bars and a nice walk among the front though the pine woods with activity’s like jet skis boat hire , kayaks etc.

MLINI what a great place for a family holiday

This is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa in a perfect location - it is near to everything. The pool was a big hit and in the Croatian heat is essential. The beach is nearby where there is plenty of space and shade; watersports are available and there are many cafes and bars on the promenade. The rest of the bay is within walking distance including water taxis to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The bus stops for Dubrovnik and Cavtat are just up the road as is the local small supermarket which is well stocked. The large supermarket is about a 10 minute walk so we got a taxi back. Mlini is a lovely place in a beautiful setting - a perfect place for a holiday. Irena and Kristina will support you in any way you need. Irena booked airport transfers for us and Kristina was on hand if we needed any advice or help. All of our party enjoyed both the villa and Mlini itself.

Lovely house in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful week at Villa Mlini. The house is as described, very clean and good furnishings and fittings. Very comfy beds. The view from the upstairs terrace is unforgettable, pine trees and blue sea. The only thing to note and that we did not realise is that the house is actually two apartments which are only connected from the outside ie you can't access the upstairs from downstairs without going outside. This didn't matter to us as we were two families but if you were one family ,particularly with young or older members it could be a problem. The outside area of the villa is great, lovely pool, plenty of comfy loungers and shady places to relax. The location of the villa is its best asset, 15 mins from the airport and 15 mins into Dubrovnick. walk across the little, quiet road, through the pine trees and you are on the beach!Plenty of beautiful coves with outstanding water. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, we only used our car hire to go to the supermarket. Mlini is very small and quite unspoilt. Irena was v helpful as was Kristina who arranged various taxis and boat excursions for us. Would thouroughly recommend Villa Mlini

Great location and Villa

short taxi ride from the airport that was kindly arranged by Irena. Immaculate Villa as described. Short walk to a small grocery shop and a 10/15 walk to a supermarket. Irena was there to great us with Karolina who showed us around the villa and where everything was. They spent a lot of time with us to ensure that we were happy. Karolina also left her number and through her we booked a trip. Highly recommend, thank you!

Villa Mlini

We were 9 adults having holiday and it couldn´t have been better. We got a lot of information before arriving and every time when needed, thanks to Irena. The location is perfect, we did trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Lokrum using water-taxi or bus. The beach is just short walk down. You can choose restaurants near the beach or cook in villa`s well stocked kitchen. The villa is first-class, rooms are comfortable and there is a lot of space for everyone to spend time outside.

Lovely villa in a great location

The property is situated just off the main road to Dubrovnik, a little way down the road into Mlini. You can access the seafront by walking through the path through some trees... 2 minutes going done.... maybe 6- going up! The Villa has a great pool abs surrounding area. We spent tons of time having fun in the sun. there were 8 adults and plenty of space for eveyone. The villa is in excellent shape and virtually everything worked. The rooms are fine and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. What I really liked is that the living space outside around the pool and the big balcony above could accommodate us all comfortably in terms of number of chairs, loungers and tables etc. Its easy to get a uber and really low cost. The dubrovnik area generally is quite pricey to eat out but there are soem terrific location and I only had one poor meal all the time. the rest were excellent. Going back to the villa we were pcked up from the airport and dropped off all in a timely efficient manner and we were generally well looked after by the maangement. Overall a fabulous expoerience.

Perfect villa and location for a relaxed holiday

We were 7 adults and the villa was plenty big enough for us all to spend time together and time apart! The temperature was 29/30 degrees all week so the pool was very welcome - space for both the sun worshippers and the shade lovers. The location was fantastic - a very short walk down to the sea and a variety of bars and restaurants to chose from. Also very easy to get a Adriana water taxi to Dubrovnik and Cavtat - and an Uber home when the last boat has gone! Irena and Milan were very helpful throughout the trip and always on hand to give us tips and answer questions. Overall - highly recommend the villa, the location and Croatia!

Trotz des eher bescheidenen Wetters haben wir den Aufenthalt dank des perfekten Hauses sehr genießen können. Mlini bietet mehrere sehr nette Lokale, einen kleinen Hafen, von wo aus Bootstouren u.a. nach Dubrovnik angeboten werden und verschiedene kleine Strände. Alles, auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufug erreichbar!

Fantastic

My husband and I booked this villa as a retirement holiday with our children and grandchildren. We could not have chosen better. The villa is in a perfect location, just a short walk to various restaurants, bars and beaches. Our grandchildren spent many happy hours in the swimming pool, which is just the right size. Easy to get to Dubrovnik, we went both on the water taxi and in the car; I have to say the car was perhaps easier and cheaper, but great to do both. Irena and Pero were both great; I had a great many questions for Irena before we went and she was very good at answering them all. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

Beautiful villa in delightful seaside town - LOVED IT!

This villa is a perfect place for families. We traveled to Croatia with our kids and grandkids - 4 adults and 2 children (age 4 and age 1). The house is perfect with it's views of the ocean, sparkling pool, and well stocked kitchens; and the location is spectacular with a fabulous playground, a shady park, and the beach right across the street. The villa is walking distance to restaurants, shops and boat marinas (for catching ferries and boat excursions). The town of Mlini is charming and not at all crowded with tourists, which made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. Irena was very helpful with getting us settled in and orienting us to the area. We hated to leave and would absolutely go back!

Wonderful villa

Had a fabulous holiday in Mlini. Villa is very spacious, modern and was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and there are two washing machines plus airers. I can't actually think for us there was anything lacking! There is a little convenience store about a 4 minute walk up the road but if you want more there is a mall and supermarket about a 15 minute walk away. There are a few restaurants in Mlini but Cavtat and Dubrovnik have more choice and are only a short taxi or water taxi away. Irena was absolutely amazing. From her warm welcome on arrival and then helping with organizing trips and recommending restaurants to our departure arrangements, she was incredibly helpful. One day would love to go back.

"Fantastic holiday, perfect views and facilities"

We camed from Sweden and UK to first time visit Croatia and has been for week in September with a group of 8 people ( 2 family with kids) .The Villa Mlini were just perfect !!! Villa is in great condition, very modern,clean and it had all the amenities we needed spesually covered pergola terasse and private pool. The view are amazing….sitting on the balcony in the warm morning sunshine eating breakfast and absorbing the spectacular view of the Adriatic sea. Villa is situated on seaside location, were it is easy to access to beach,restaurants and Dubrovnik centar is just 10 minutes drive and each 30 minutes you have Bus to Dubrovnik,much better of use the car.All in all I can recommend this place without any reservations to anyone. If you are looking for place where you can spend quality time with your family / friends, this is the place. The villa manager treated us with kindness and were really helpfull and friendly.They are organise for us transfer from airport,daily trip to Islands ( driver just pick up you from villa),one day trip to Ston and last night we spend great evening “Peka dinner” in Konavle ( must to try !!) Amazing place and holiday villa

From pick up at airport to this lovely villa Irena could not have been more helpful. We were four couples and had loads of space to spread out. Beautifully equipped and within easy walking distance of the beach and various tavernas/restaurants. As there were some very high temperatures during our stay the swimming pool was welcome and the shaded terrace and summer kitchen provided a lovely BBQ experience. Irena went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special -nothing was too much trouble for her. Mlini is a delightful little place with just enough variety to keep your interest. We found the restaurants good,affordable and without exception staffed by welcoming and friendly people. I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.

Fantastic villa and location

The ten of us (8 adults, baby and toddler) had a fantastic week staying in the villa. Irena and Pero could not have been more helpful or efficient and arranged smooth transfers for us as well as providing us with lots of information about the local area and activities. Villa is located close to shop/ bakery for every day provisions as well as a short walk down into Mlini and the regular boat service to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The villa itself is beautiful - we spent evenings enjoying BBQed food on the beautiful terrace and days enjoying the pool. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope we can return to stay sometime.

" WONDERFUL FAMILY HOLIDAY”

We have just returned from one week staying at this holiday villa with 8 people.The facilities and location are fantastic. Everyone from 5-40 had a very relaxing time.From swimming in private pool to lunch on the terrace. The villas has plenty of space for everyone and did not feel cramped at all.Exploring the surrounding areas is a wonderful experience with no crowds or commercialisom and clean fresh air. Irena the villa representative is always on hand for booking trips, resturants and answering any queries that come up. Would thoroughly recommend to all. Thanks Irena for all, Family de Jongh

EXELLENT HOUSE FOR PERFECT HOLIDAY

We were a group of 4 couples that have travelled together on a number of occasions and have previously rented houses in Italy, France, Spain and various countries in the Far East. We are very discerning, are happy to pay a fair price for quality accommodations but expect good value for money and we are not very easy to please. I must say that villa by far the great holiday house we have rented and this was the most enjoyable and relaxing time I've had in years. The villa is beautifull,the views are stunning and the beautifully landscaped gardens and swimming pool look out onto the crystal sea and lovely bay of Mlini. The property manager Irene went to great lengths to ensure that all our needs were meet, offered comprehensive guidance and advice on all the wonderful delights that Dubrovnik has to offer and made himself available throughout the week to personally accompany us to various local attractions that we would otherwise have not seen or experienced. His recommendations for restaurants were flawless and I can safely say that this man knows his food. He also knows Dubrovnik and loves sharing it with his guests. I very highly recommend this property for a great holiday and I am already planning our own return here next year or even sooner if I can arrange it. Thanks for all. Cheers Lisa & Mike

"GREAT HOLIDAY AND LOVELY TIME"

We sayed for week at this wonderful holiday villa with a group of 8 friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We could not have wished for a better stay. Upon arrival, the villa manager Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the area and the house - we were most impressed.....spesually pool terrase with nice view and pool area. The villa was situated in an nice location, 8 of Km from Dubrovnik, providing the serenity one expects with a villa, whilst having supermarket within walking distance,also near is bus station and restaurants. We were made at home everywhere we went, were not 'fleeced' by anyone, the food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced - benefits which we thought would have been eroded as Croatia has become more frequented by tourists.This really is the place to stay - Dubrovnik is a day/evening trip city, and we found Mlini much more relaxed.
