My wife and I stayed the night during our long layover in Zurich. The hotel is inside the airport, but you have to leave the secure part of the airport to get to it, which meant we had to go back through security in the morning. It was also slightly difficult to find; we only saw signs for it once we got out to baggage claim. The capsule itself is spacious, with plenty of height to sit up straight, and plenty of length to lay down. It contained adjustable lights, a charging port, and a few small air vents that circulated air. Everything was clean, orderly, quiet, and new. Unfortunately, despite the air vents, the capsule was unbearably hot — and I DO mean unbearably. I had to flip around, with my head close to the entrance, and leave the sliding door open, basically sacrificing my safety and privacy for some fresh, cool air. It was highly uncomfortable on account of the heat and stuffiness. There is a public bathroom, with individual shower stalls, and shampoo and body wash available. There’s also a nice bar lounge / breakfast area. Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and safe. Unfortunately though, the capsule itself was far too hot for a comfortable night of rest, and I would’ve paid double for a regular hotel room.

What an amazing hotel! The environment was wonderful - the staff was very helpful and it was perfect for me to wake up and just walk to check in for my early morning flight. I recommend this hotel without hesitation! WONDERFUL!

I was really disappointed in my stay because I have heard from other people that they enjoyed it… The staff were friendly and the design is actually good and it is big enough and clean… The problem was it can be more soundproof because you can hear whenever anybody is doing anything like coming or going or talking or unpacking In particular, there was a big problem of what sounded like unpacking and it went on for 30 minutes. I finally opened the door and found this man sitting outside in the hallway with his suitcase, two doors down from my capsule, and I reported it to the host or receptionist… But nothing happened. It was not dealt with, and then I went out and talked to him again when it was an hour later and said would you mind stopping zipping and I’m sipping your suitcase because I cannot fall asleep because I can hear it from my room… He still had his suitcase outside the unit and was Zipping and unzipping and getting things from it… I am not sure why and the receptionist never really dealt with it… the other people were also bothered because they also said thank you when I was speaking to this guy… But it actually wasted two hours of my sleeping time and the staff did not deal with it The other suggestion is that you give everybody a tag which can just open the doors with all those numbers because usually even the staff cannot get it to work half of the time… If you are tired, and you just wanna go to the bathroom and then you can’t come in again, that’s bad

Does what it says on the ticket. Not enormously comfortable but then that’s not what it’s going for. You do hear people coming and going all night but everyone was being as considerate as they could be and staying quiet. I think the sound locking/unlocking the capsules and moving luggage around is just going to be heard.

Bed-only capsule, very small, but great value.

The capsules are VERY small, providing just the bed and a small shelf running along the side of the bed. Pod can get a bit warm - there is air coming into the ‘trim’ but it would be good if there was air control.

Convenience!

My third stay at The Capsule--SO convenient, clean, and easy. I go to the COOP and grab a prepared dinner (or the food court is right there too) and a beer, and bring it back to eat in the common area. It's a five minute walk to the Delta check-in counters!

Hotel is clean. A little hike through the airport and challenging to get to. My low rating is due to the lack of sound proofing in the capsules. They are made of wood so any noise - opening and closing the door…travels to the other capsules. Also, no ability to adjust the temp - mine was a little warm for what I’m used to. Don’t get a very good night of sleep.
