Our visit was during this covid time so things were a bit reduced but the service was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. So based on their customer service alone i would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel , very close to the train station , very nice helpful staff and great food . hey even have a laundry room to wash your clothes free of charge . amazing views over the lake ,

the location served my needs pretty well, since it has a free indoor parking lot, affordable prices, breakfast was great while the view was breathtaking, staff were friendly and helpful, transportation is so easy from the hotel since there were a metro station within a couple of steps, lots of dining options and grocery stores.
