"We arrived a day late to this hotel bc we misjudged the dates as we were traveling from North America. I was able to get a hold of the hotel and explain what happened - they did charge me for the night missed (understandable) and confirmed to me that my room was still available as I paid for it (missed the cancelation window). When I get there the elevator wasn't working & Angelica in the front was being quite shady mentioning how we may have to wait if our room isnt ready. We questioned that because why would our room not be ready given we paid for it already and you knew of our arrival? She ended up saying oh yes you are right, sorry didnt mean to say that. When we climb up 4 stairs flight, we get into our room and realize its not the room we paid for (we paid & got charged for triple deluxe suite and got superior room). I go downstairs and ask her about this to understand what's going on and she says " OH you did a bad thing not showing up madame. We gave up your room this morning as we marked you as no show." I told her ok but I need a refund then bc I paid for a more expensive room. She refused and I asked to speak to the manager. Once she spoke to the manager they agreed and told us " you can get fully refunded if you want to leave". Worst customer service! Lies and honestly the room did not smell clean either. We asked to be treated fairly but got treated like garbage bc we accidentally missed our days. I would not recommend. Plenty of better places around the corner!"
