"The room was as described when it came to the beds and size. I don’t think it was air conditioned, or at least it was not working or turned on. We had two fans. Thankfully the fans were enough. If we had arrived a day earlier we would not be comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. Near many cafes, restaurants, Metro stops. I felt that it was expensive for what it was, and even though it was comfortable- I personally would look at other hotels for my next trip."

"The room was impressive and clean, the staff was most certainly the best part of the experience and made the entire trip amazing. The only area to be improved is the mini fridge did not work but the staff acted immediately and got it fixed. The AC had issues as first but the staff got it corrected quickly. We loved how close the location was to the main attractions. This will be our go to location next time we come to Paris."

"Situated in an excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and market. Minutes walking to the bridge to take pics of Eiffel Tower. Shower glass panel not wide enough to cover water from splashing on floor. Front desk made mistakes by giving key access to another room that was being occupied and scared both of us. Front desk also gave my room keys to my friend's family where hotel asked me to pay city tax again while checking out. Perhaps needs more Front desk training."

"We stayed in two different hotels in Paris during our trip, and this was our favorite one. It was very clean, great central location, quiet, the rooms were well done and well stocked, everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. My only drawback was that the staff was somewhat limited in their helpfulness, while they did call taxis for us and make good recommendations of spots around the city, there were little things like we had to specifically ask for help with our luggage during our stay rather than it being grabbed for us when we were leaving the property. All in all, a great experience."
