The hotel is good, excellent area, everything is within walking distance and there are tube stations very close by. The only drawback I had was that the air conditioning didn't work and we had to use a fan that came with the room, but apart from that, it's a very good hotel.

"Sonia greeted us very enthusiastically which really help set the mood for the beginning of our Christmas holiday. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful and help make our stay very memorable. The location was great. Within walking distance to lots of eateries, metro, shopping and attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to our next stay!"
