Great hotel

Fabulous hotel. Amazing location with a metro stop outside. Great vibe around lots eateries bars. We were offerred a complimentary upgrade to a suite and could see notredame and eiffel tower from the window. Wish we had longer time!

The staff was amazing! We had just returned to Paris after driving through the. French countryside. We had difficulty finding the property because it is under construction, but the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. He even followed up with us to check to see if we were lost. He went above and beyond, and when we arrived at the property, he accompanied my husband so he could find the parking garage. The only thing was we wound up paying double for the parking because they didn’t honor the agreement from the hotel. The room was very cool and clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

Exceptional location. Minute away from major transportation hub covering both RER and Subway. All key locations in Paris via subway is less than 20 mins. Plenty of dinning options around for every budget. will stay again.

Great location! Close to Le Marais, the Louvre, shopping and many, many restaurants. A Metro station is steps away. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there but we will be sure to return when they are done. A great stay!

Generally very good, however, we were a bit disappointed on the dark breakfast room not particularly inviting to eat. The reception area also not very inviting as it was dark, the staff were great. We were looking forward to sitting in the gardens as shown on the Expedia site for evening drinks but that did not happen! So had to make do, it was a holiday we had after a long time as I was looking after my father for 2 years after his stroke, wanted to relax, but this did not happen as when we looked out of the window it was a building site! Paid a lot and it was not what we paid for!

The hotel is in a perfect location!! It is currently being remodeled/updated. Which was very loud during the day. But, once all the construction is complete, I will stay there again!! The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

My daughter and I LOVED everything about this hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of closet space so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases. The location was perfect - the Metro is just across from the hotel and the surrounding area had lots of great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely come back!
