A huge shoutout to Salam, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. When we encountered some issues with our booking, Salam was proactive and efficient in finding a solution - she truly had an answer for everything! Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. On the first day, the room cleaning was forgotten. On the second day, the cleaning person left the cleaning rug in the bathroom sink. For the hotel like Le Meridient, I was very surprised to encouter such conditions.

I did not like the bath tub it was very high and was difficult to step in and out, there was no bath rail for a person to hold for getting in and out.. somedays there was no croissants.
