Beautiful hotel close to Le Louvre and two metro stations, ideal for a tourist ready to explore the whole city of Paris. I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, super clean and modernly furnished. Notice: if you are a big or tall person the bathroom might be too small for you. I am 1.58 meters and my knees touched the wall while seating at the toilet, and the shower is very narrow.

The staff are very helpful and efficient at least Louvre timhotel. We were in the family room on top floor and one veluxe window has a blind 👍. But the other doesn't so can wake you up with daylight in the morning early. We recommend pizza restaurant casa fiesta excellent staff service there only 2 minutes walk in next street. The lift is tiny don't overload it. It's a pricey hotel, but you will have a job to get closer for the money.

Perfect location… nothing more

Perfect location. We were only in town for less than 24 hrs. We generally stay at a hotel around the corner but there was no availability. Our room door had so many bruises and the top didn’t even connect to the frame. Inside felt like hell. There are 2 heaters in the tiny space. It was too hot for us to breathe. We dropped our bags and informed the front desk on our way out (2pm) and they adjusting. I asked that they turn the air on. When we returned that night around 10pm it was even hotter. I propped the door open with our suitcase. Window was stuck. Eventually went down to complain again and the guy came and opened the window turned off the heaters. He said it was 50C. We barely slept because we were sweating through the night even w/ the windows open. It was a low of 20C that night I believe. It was still hot when we woke up. No concessions were made… just “sorry about that”. We checked out just before 6am.

Overall I had a good experience at Timhotel, staff were kind and the facilities were very good (good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good heating facilities, nice bathrooms, reasonable cupboard space and an in-room safe). The hotel is within close walking distance of the Louvre and there are many good cafes and restaurants around the corner (including traditional boulangeries selling classical french food) and a good sized shopping mall nearby - Westfield Forum Des Halles. Overall I had a good stay, the only slight negative as the cleanliness as some areas of the room were dusty (e.g. sliding panels for the bunkbeds) however hotel staff were friendly and receptive to feedback.
