Villa Kyle Playa Blanca with Private Pool and Short Walk to the Beach

For those people who like to spend their time on the beach or just sitting out on the terrace taking in the sun, Villa Kyle is ideal. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach where you will find a host of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.

Just another couple of minutes walk will take you into the resort centre. Situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area, the villa has been beautifully furnished and equipped by the owners to ensure you have everything at hand in comfortable surroundings to maximise the enjoyment of your holiday.

The tastefully furnished air conditioned lounge with satellite TV with over 60 channels including all sports, movies, UK/Irish stations, X box, music speaker and fibre optic wifi. It also has patio doors which lead out to the large very private south-facing terrace where there is an extended pergola should you require shade from the hot summer sun.

The solar and electrically heated swimming pool ensure a constant warm temperature throughout the year, and the pool is gated to ensure complete safety for the youngsters. It is also a saltwater pool, so no harsh chemicals for tender skin.

Back inside, the spacious open plan lounge has a dining area seating 6. There is an air-conditioned ensuite master bedroom with a large double bed and beautiful hardwood fitted wardrobes, an air-conditioned twin bedroom and another bathroom.

The fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you will need if you decide to forgo the many lovely restaurants close by which cater for all tastes.

The owners have created a lovely artificial grass play area with toys for children.
