Functional hotel near thermes and downtown

Well located, clean room and nice service. Some details are nice : free coffee and tea, free breakfast with lot of choice, including veggie/vegan choices. Some details could be improved : on hotel.com, breakfast fees are indicated meanwhile it's included in the price ; duvet cover isn't closed, so in the middle of the night, you sleep under only the cover, and the duvet is on the floor ; in the double bed you have only one bedlight, which is activated by the second person.Perfect for one night stay, maybe not for longer stay.

Dommage pour le parking qu il faille trouver soi meme ... chambre un peu petit mais tres propre un peu froide Bien situe bon petit dejeuner hotel tres propre

Que du positif !

Bonnes prestations, personnel très aimable, bar ouvert le soir, calme et silence la nuit dans les chambres, petit déjeuner bien copieux et varié. Animaux acceptés sans problème. Bravo à toute l équipe, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à l hôtel Ibis de Aachen.

Small but serviceable

The rooms was a bit small with not a lot of furniture, but quite practical. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (my window opened on a pleasant courtyard). Personnel efficient and friendly. Breakfast varied and tasty. The hostel is not far from the city centre (1/4 hour on foot).

Tres bon hotel idealement situe pour se rendre aux thermes...petit dejeuner tres varie .. un bon plan pour visiter la tres jolie ville d aachen

Excellent location to visit Aachen

Easy to find, comfortable, quick checkin and easy parking (9 euros). Great location, just a few minutes from the city center, but the hotel is on a very busy road, so we were lucky to have our room on the courtyard - it's better to ask for one not on the road. The breakfast is fine but quite crowded, so not very enjoyable, but maybe it's better earlier. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay.
