Welcome to this charming duplex located in Aalst, perfect for a romantic getaway or a business trip. The bedroom, tucked beneath a mezzanine, offers a spacious sleeping area with a 160x200 bed and a dedicated desk — ideal for working in peace. Storage space is also available.

The open-plan living room and kitchen invite you to relax with a comfortable sofa and a dining area for four. Soft lighting creates a warm, cocoon-like atmosphere. A smart TV will be available starting August 20, 2025, and the apartment has full Wi-Fi coverage.



🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen:

Functional and convenient, it includes a gas hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, tea, and all essential utensils (frying pan, pots, dishes). Small fridge without freezer.



🛁 Bright bathroom:

Accessible from the terrace, it features a bathtub, washing machine, and towels provided for both body and hands. Perfect for short or long stays.

The solid wood flooring adds character to the apartment (except in the bathroom and toilet). Please take care of it — it’s a key feature of the space.
