Perfect location for the university and close to bus stops to get into the city centre. Being on the main road, it was a bit noisy, especially with the window open - which was necessary on a warm summer night. The room was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed, including en-suite facilities. Steven was an excellent host and the porridge with fresh apple and cinnamon was amazing.

There is no onsite parking and you are told to park,illegally, in another property. This is.not only misrepresentation, parking in another property puts the guest at risk. We chose to find other accommodation and forfeit our payment.
