Best staff ever and HUGE room!

Didn’t go in pool but looked amazing! Room was enormous! Still needs a bit of renovation but very nice! Stayed more than once and will stay again! Easy walk to shops. Easy walk to beach.

The mattress was approximately four inches thick with one flat pillow, each and a thin sheet/ duvet. The refrigerator was so loud.We unplugged it. It was a very uncomfortable night.

Ocean Shores Inn & Suites is a great location near all of the primary Ocean Shores attractions! The staff was attentive and welcoming, very pleasant to interact with. Check-In and Check-Out were easy and quick. That said, the room lacked any cooling or AC/Fans, but did seem to have heating, but it was already pretty hot so we didn't try turning the heat on. The walls were very thin when it came to sound. We stayed in a ground floor studio and could hear each other inside the restroom very easily and with no fans, even as ventilation for the restroom, it was a little awkward. The bedding had a few stains on the exterior comforter/top sheet, nothing too grotesque or in prominent placement, but definitely noticeable. The tub/shower were in rough shape, having a few spots where the enamel had worn away and the caulking had either not been done properly or the wrong type of caulk had been used because it had started turning a brown color that is not common in most places. The bed also only came with 2 somewhat thin pillows for a 2 person reservation. All of that aside, had the price been a little lower my expectations would've been met, but since this seemed like hotel pricing I think I was expecting more when it came to cleanliness and quality of furnishings. I'd stay again if I'd heard things had improved, but will more likely try another location in the future.

Not impressed with the room.

The hotel room was crappy. The room had fleas and the deck next to ours had 5 piles of dog poop on it so sitting outside on the balcony was not an option. The televising and WiFi was very poor we couldn’t even watch a movie. I was very disappointed.

It was affordable and had everything we needed. We needed a room with a refrigerator and microwave. They have 13 channels to choose from on the TV. That's ok we were busy doing other things. The beach is conveniently located across the street. Short walk to the beach and to town.

Bad. Very Bad.

How bad could it possibly be? You might be asking yourself this question as you browse these reviews hoping to find some truth in and amongst the subjective experiences of people with certain expectations. I ask for very little in a motel: a place to rest one's head for the night. Somehow this establishment failed to even provide that. What should have been my first red flag were all the reviews mentioning mold. "Surely these people must be overreacting to a small corner" I thought. Not so for indeed the entire ceiling of the bathroom was speckled with that unmistakable black mold that so many of us have known from substandard living spaces. Thankfully, one doesn't sleep in the bathroom, but that brings us to the bed. I have slept rough before, but this tops them all. Namely, a foam rubber topper over the world's most put upon mattress providing a sleeping surface so hot and uneven that Frank Gehry would look to it for inspiration. After two hours of lying in the worst bed on Earth, I resigned to stay up the night. I will not be returning to this establishment under any circumstances, and I advise you stay away as well. The price is simply not worth it.

After all I had a terrible experience at this place The bathrooms is full of mold all around the tub, fortiture and building old, terrible conditions, door lock broken feels unsafe, no waters in the room, water is not hot dirty carpets with lots of stains and smelly room. person at the front desk overnight He was very nice, I should get my money back.

This hotel was so dirty, our socks turned black walking on the floors. Everything was musty and smelly. The only good thing I can say is the beds were pretty comfortable. I had to wipe off tables and chairs before we could even use them. I would never stay here again. for the price. It’s not worth it
