The staff were all amazing and kind. The reason we booked here was for the pool and hot tub. However, even though they have the hot tub listed, it is actually closed.

Staff are amazing! We went wanting a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it doesn’t have them, just a sauna. The room we got was massive which was nice but facing the road and was soooo noisy 😞 parking is free if you book directly with the hotel and £6 if booking through a 3rd party. The room doesnt have a fridge as advertised.

Very friendly staff and we like refurb downstairs. Breakfast was also terrific. Staff on hand on reception on Friday night was too sparce, meaning queues to check in. Rooms need updating. Would stay again.

Fantastic value for money. Staff excellent, food great at dinner and breakfast and a very clean hotel. The pool is particularly warm which is a bonus!
