Stables Cottage - sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms
This unique and spacious cottage offers 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite and 1 shared bathroom. A wonderful ambience and very easy living on two levels with games room with 6’ pool table and sauna room. Hot tub on the patio.
Garden
Private garden with hot tub, gas barbeque (seasonally) and garden furniture. The patio is accessed from the lounge, kitchen and ground level bedroom.
Ground level
Ground floor king bedroom with access to the garden and modern ensuite bathroom comprising separate bath and walk in shower. Main lounge features a stone fireplace with wood burning stove, multi-channel TV and patio door to the garden.
Games room with pool table and sauna. Farmhouse-style L-shaped dining kitchen overlooking the garden. Separate WC.
First floor level
Open plan staircase accessed from the main living room leads to two beamed master bedrooms with zip and link beds (both with ensuite shower rooms), one of the bedrooms having a small balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard. Two further bedrooms with zip and link beds accessed from the front hall and share use of a standalone shower room.
Pet friendly:
A maximum of 2 pets @ a nightly cost of £10 per per per night, prior arrangement only, pay owner direct.

Getting to Kenmore is easy, being the "Heart of Scotland" and it is close to the well known towns of Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. Pitlochry has a good bus service and railway station with regular bus/train connections to Aberfeldy as well as to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness - with frequent daily services from Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports (1 hours 45 minutes) to all London airports.
However, please note that we strongly advise you not to follow directions after leaving Crieff which require you to turn left in the village of Amulree. This brings you onto an unclassified single track hill road which can be extremely hazardous in poor weather conditions. Instead, continue past Amulree on the A822 signposted to Aberfeldy. When you enter Aberfeldy, turn left at the traffic lights and the village of Kenmore is six miles on.
