I was fortunate to have a front facing triple room which was huge! The view out of the window over the bay was excellent.
There is a lift but it is a very old one and only takes one person at a time.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking is free, but only on the street and first come...
Breakfast was included and fabulous. Evening meal not included and I struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Sunday night. The recommended hotel stopped at 6pm and I ended up in a KFC which would not have been my first choice. That is not a criticism of the hotel, just a fact.

Liked: Staff & service
Only reason I booked the hotel was that it said there was free parking (Free self parking on site), turns out that doesn’t exist and you’re left to drive the streets looking for somewhere (guy on reception told me there was a Pay and Display which was free after six - that was about two hours before six so I would have to pay for part of my stay).
Hotel is an old fashioned seaside B&B, strong smell of joss-sticks throughout leading me to wonder what that was masking.
Only saving grace was the lady running breakfast - who did a fantastic job getting you everything.
Eco wise maybe time to move away from all the single serve plastic and breakfast cereal boxes.
It was nice location to see and hear the waves. Checkin was nice and friendly. Parking was street parking and was available. But could get difficult on busy times.
The Queensbridge Hotel feels like a typical seaside hotel - everything that you need, is comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful, but the decor is showing its age. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea, which definitely helps! We enjoyed the hearty cooked breakfast in the morning.

Dump
Didn’t stop after a phone call in the morning saying they were moving me to a sister hotel which after investigation turned out to be a dump, women outside drinking cans and smoking
It wasn’t made apparent that we would need to phone for check in, on arrival. Neither was it explained during the booking process that breakfast was served at a sister hotel 1/2 mile away.
I specifically booked the Queensbridge because it was ‘dog friendly’ yet on arrival at The Four Seasons we were expected to eat away from our group. Hardly dog friendly. Rather than eat in isolation I left and cheerfully ate in Cafe Nero.
The giant bay windows facing out onto the 'prom' and the Irish Sea beyond was stunning. The moon came out for us at one point as well. Exquisite.
However, the Hotel's bar and restaurant facilities were closed, which was disappointing. Luckily there were options just down the road at the Glengower.
The room was nice but furniture a bit dated but all in working order and clean .

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Sadly the Hotel did not look like the pictures. Parking is not included. It’s on the road. Lift did not work. Breakfast was the worst on trip so far. Room and bathroom need a really good clean. Luckily sheets were clean.
The worst hotel I have stayed in for the price.
