Good hotel in Aberystwyth, good location just outside the centre. The Inn is a rooms only block next to the restaurant. Room itself was basic but the essentials were very good ie. Cleanliness, comfy bed, air conditioning, range of pillows ensuite facilities.

Staff were really great. Room was nice and clean. We kept waking up. Mattress was really comfortable but got uncomfortably warm (I’m guessing it’s memory foam). Ended up laying on top of duvet. Went for dinner. Was disappointed as the server told us they didn’t have any steaks or mixed grill. Looked through the menu but decided to eat elsewhere. The following day we chose to not have breakfast there. So can’t give feedback on food. We’ve stayed at a few Marston inns and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay, a great night's sleep in comfortable beds, and a lovely breakfast to wake up to. The staff we all friendly and accommodated our requirements at breakfast. We couldnt ask for better

The shower did not work, when I reported it the young lady told me that it had been brought to het attention before. She then went on to assure me that it worked (it didn't)

This was to be an accessible room for wheelchair. It is not connected to the restaurant. Had to get out of the taxi wheelchair together go into the restaurant to sign in. They were very busy, and then have the taxi wait so that we could unload our luggage back into the restaurant and I could track across the parking lot Where they finally brought my luggage later because the gal checking it in also works in the restaurant very inconvenient. End of the hall last room view of some parking and trees and one little window felt like I was in a Prison cell.NO phone and mine wouldn’t work in there. Finally got through with the Wi-Fi to let them know I needed to move as it was so far away from anything I could not get there by traveling in my wheelchair. This place is not appropriate for me or anyone else like me and yet they said it was. I requested to get out of there as soon as possible. The first day could not reach them until late that night. They finally came over and I left the next day still charged me for three days even though I tried to let them know I could not stay there and it was inappropriate for me. Very unhappy, and it cost me a small fortune

Convenient to Aberystwyth with free parking. Rooms required an update, particularly in the bathroom, which looked tired. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Continental breakfast good.

Great place to stay in Aberystwyth

Great place to stay whilst exploring Aberystwyth. Clean and quiet with helpful, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. On site, free parking was a bonus. Easy walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay there again.
