Giant pot holes, filthy room, filthy floors, and peeling paint on all walls and door. Had to sleep with my firearm und my pillow. Stains on sides of matress. Burn holes in bedspread. Very dark room, no place to plug in my devices

This property was terrible. The pictures shown for the property were nothing like how it is in person. Not even 24 hours into my stay walking into my room 2 rats ran across to under the bed. Front staff was rude and not helpful at all, he denied to provide a refund. Do not book here!! Pictures are misleading and the whole place itself is bad and dirty.

The room was terrible. There was no light for the bed room area, we had to use the sink area light. It was dirty and had water damage behind the mirror. The mattress didn't have a fitted sheet or mattress cover. I will never go here again.

We had to furnish our own toilet paper and lightbulbs hold were patched with mouse trap. We got three towels for three days and went and got her own towels. There was no breakfast false advertisement

This place has terrible service. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter after repeatedly ringing the bell. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures! It said there was Jacuzzi tubs, but there aren't any. I will be posting on social media about it because we were terrified to even get in the bed! Also, apparently, there are no refunds after 10 minutes of checking in. We had to wait 20 minutes just to check out; my husband had to go into their sleeping area to wake them up, and he had his pants unzipped halfway, tucked in and everything! The bed sheets were dirty, so we had to buy our own. I'm pretty sure they checked us into a storage room, and based on what other customers said while we waited to get into the office (me and 4 others), they all had the same experience! Save your money and don't come here! Also, the comforter has terrible burn holes, and there are potholes all throughout the parking lot! And then we tried to get a refund because it was just terrible! And they declined it!! I will be posting this experience everywhere!

Front desk was hard to communicate with he hardly spoke English, gave me a smoking room when requested a non smoking. I was 2 hours in to my stay and another guest walked in to my room because front desk made a mistake and put two people in one room. Feels like they do not care for costumer service either. Fridge and microwave hardly work and out dated. Window does not lock either The bed has stains and hard as a rock. First and last stay here. Never again Booking two different guest in one room is unacceptable and didn’t offer any compensation for it.

I had to hunt the desk personal down which took about 30 minutes. Then as a was asked to retrieve a document from my truck, which was right out front, I was put to the back of the line and waited another 20 minutes before I could check in. The room appeared to be clean but after turning off the lights and waking to go to the bathroom, roaches were seen in my backpack, around the bathroom and the sink area. No one could be found to check out with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL workers.

I had to wait 15 minutes on the staff chairs were broken a hole in the ceiling TV didn’t work right just wasn’t a good experience

This was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The room was in dire need of maintenance. Not only that 3 men knocked on the door at 9 at night, when my husband asked what they wanted they held a smoke detector up, they wanted to install it. My husband said no. Nobody at a motel installs smoke detectors at 9 at night.
