Overall the hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. The only issue was the breakfast was okay. The food was sometimes still cold but the waffles were good plus they have fresh fruit!

Very great stay. Convenient off the freeway quiet

When I arrived around 11pm, and tired, I was greeted by a very friendly host (Lilian?) and felt right at home! Thank you for the very nice stay. I was able to work remotely in the morning. Very quiet. I had dinner at Dennys nearby. Breakfast was great to have at the hotel.

The room: Beds were not comfortable. The king bed was very hard and when I pulled down the blankets, they were NOT clean. Therenwas black pieces of something all over it. The pull out couch was full of crumbs and very uncomfortable. When they brought us sheets for the bed, one of the sheets was so badly stained we didn't want to use it. We were given a handicap room. This would have been fine except everything is lower and I have a 17 month old who can now get into EVERYTHING! Also, therebwas no bathtub. A walk in shower with a curtain so I was unable to bath my son while we were there the 2 nights. There was a very strange smell in the room that was not pleasant. The premises: The exterior of the building and the main lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. I will never stay at another Best Western. This was horribly over priced for a Motel 6 kind of stay. (Back when itbwas actually 6 dollars)
