Had a difficult time getting a comfortable night sleep at this location bed was too hard. Sofa and popcorn ceiling dated this room. Housekeeping could do a better job under toilet rim had rust or mold problem. Areas of room were quite dusty. TV's are almost obsolete. Inside building seems dark and dank. Breakfast offering was fine. Loved the convenience of their amenities.

If I need a Hotel in Abilene ,Texas. My First Choice is MCM Elegante Suites. The People who work are very nice. Rooms are Comfortable. Great Cook to Order Breakfast is the Best. I'm a solo traveler 66 years old. I feel safe staying here.

The hotel was very clean,safe and secure.Im a single parent with 10 yr old daughter and an 11yr old son both are blind.They love swimming,but it can be challenging getting them both in the pool.The pool attendant was very helpful and trustworthy.I also liked you had to wear yellow wrist bands to show you were guest of the hotel.Very safe is very important to the kids and i.Great job! To all the staff.

Beautiful Hotel! Gym was dirty, trash full, no replenished towel, needs sweeping, no refill of sanitizing towels. The hotel doesn’t have a shop to purchase snacks and necessities, coffee shop closes early. Our TV kept on freezing..but it was beautiful.. drinks at the bar expensive and small like the old fashion a little stingy pouring in comparison to other resorts..

I always enjoy my stay. However, you could have a better maintenance program. Doors stick, tub faucet drips, rusty access panel, loose door knobs, etc. These are minor things but that many makes a difference in a star rating.

I’m not sure if this is her real name or not but Chloe at the front desk was extremely rude upon check in when we stayed here. She even put her hand on her hip, did the little sassy head wag and yelled to another employee to come help me because I was saying she was rude. I had to ask her why she was being so rude to me for literally no reason at all. Her response was that she wasn’t being rude. Then the other employee came and said oh I can garaunee she wasn’t trying to be rude. Wow! Are you serious?! Where’s the customer service? This place has really gone down hill. There was only one outlet in the entire bedroom that wasn’t already being used by the lamps etc, and that outlet was by the sink, for a blow dryer I imagine. It needs updated and to be renovated. The two stars they earned are because the employees at the breakfast buffet were 5 star employees that provided exceptional service! Awesome job breakfast crew!
