Herrlicher Ausblick, Haus könnte etwas Renovierung gebrauchen

Uns hat es grundsätzlich gefallen. Es war sauber und liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Als wir ankamen, war es sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider kaum. Der Filter müsste hier mal gereinigt werden. Das gilt auch für die zweite Klimaanlage im Sitzbereich. Dafür fehlte zudem eine Fernbedienung. Die Fliesen im Innen- und Außenbereich sollten teilweise erneuert werden. Das gilt auch für die Holzstufen der Treppe. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte prima, die Kaffeemaschine gar nicht, wurde aber schnell getauscht. Die Waschmaschine schaffte es auch nach 3 maligem Anschalten nicht, das Waschpulver zu verarbeiten. Der Pool war sauber, eine Umwälzpumpe war zwar da, aber nicht in Betrieb. Letztlich sollte hier doch etwas von den Mieteinnahmen, die ja nicht ganz billig waren, für Renovierungsarbeiten genutzt werden. Die Absprachen mit der Agentur liefen problemlos. Der Standort des Hauses war gut.
