Très bien mais équipement à revoir

L’hôtel est sympa notamment sa piscine et son espace Spa que nous avons apprécié. Le logement est plutôt spacieux mais le confort et équipements sont à revoir . Les matelas sont à changer ( anciens , durs et non désinfectés ) . Pas d’espace pour cuisiner et pas de four. Aucuns placards de rangement pour entreposer la nourriture. La chambre des enfants -5m2 . Niveau salle de bain il y a du travail pour la rendre fonctionnelle ( pas de placard seulement une table en plastique pour poser nos affaires ) pas de bac à douche ou de baignoire mais douche à même le sol (même qu’à l’hôpital avec le rideau de douche ) . Lumière de la salle de bain très sombre . Je suis navrée d’avoir relevé ces points mais pour 1200€ la semaine à 4 je pense qu’il y a un gros effort à faire pour améliorer les équipements . Sinon l’emplacement est top 👍 les personnes à l’accueil sont très agréables. Malgré les points négatifs notre séjour s’est très bien passé .

Excellent appart-hôtel

Excellent séjour en famille (avec 3 enfants de moins de 7 ans) aux Balcons du Viso ; la chambre-appartement était très propre et assez spacieuse pour ce type d'hébergement, très bien conçue. Tout l'équipement était neuf ou quasiment. La piscine est un plus très agréable même si pas très grande. Ambiance familiale et sympa, personnel agréable, site superbe au coeur du village mais au calme.

Attention beaucoup de point négatif a lire

Nous somme venue passer 1 semaine au balcon du viso dans l'ensemble l'établissement et plutôt agreable assez grand et bien placer au niveau des appartement il son bien équipe assez spacieux mes attention la literie et tres dure et nous avons etait piquer par des acariens ( moyens tout sa ) la poussière sur les meuble ou le lustre laisse à désiré quand a la porte elle ne reste pas ferme îl faut donner un tour de clé les fenêtre son mal isoler beaucoup d'aire passe dessous et les chauffage son vite limité le petit balcon et tres agreable la salle de bain pratique la télé et présente mes elle et en suplement ! Au niveau du coin spa j'ai etait vraiment la piscine trop cloré sa vous pique le nez le jacuzzy super les vestiaires pour se change très propre mes le personne laisse à desieee alors que la piscine femre a 19h on nous a démande de partir a 18h38 et plusieur fois et de façon assez sèche après je ne déconseille pas l'établissement mes il vaux mieux être au courant de certaine chose bon séjour a tous :)
