It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All beds are equipped with super soft linens for ultimate comfort. Both bedrooms offer both views of the sea and mangroves.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for 2 and an ensuite bathroom with a bidet, toilet and bathtub. It also has lots of cupboard space.

The second bedroom has a double bed that can be comfortably used for 1 person or couples who enjoy close proximity. It also features a custom designed closet with a vanity mirror and 3 light settings, perfect for glam.

Bathrooms include fresh white fluffy towels, as well as bathroom and vanity essentials.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso Vertuo machine, dishes, pots, pans and all utensils for when you want to eat-in. It also includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and fridge.

The dining table can seat up to 4 adults or 3 children and 2 adults. It can also be used as a desk/workspace area.

Enjoy the balcony throughout the day on the hammock or chairs provided- with unobstructed views of the mangroves.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity with government identification before being able to check into the flat. Please bring your passport or other government ID at check-in, the name on the booking must match the ID of the guest. Anyone below the age of 18 is not allowed if they are not accompanied by a guardian.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3:00 PM).

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 12:00 PM. Any checkout later than 12:00 PM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of USD 145. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home at the best standard.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: A refundable security deposit may be required upon booking. Please bring your passport or local government ID at check-in with building staff; the name on the booking must match the ID of the guest. Anyone below the age of 18 is not allowed if they are not accompanied by a guardian.

Damages of all kinds, including furniture, linens (including sheets, towels and comforters), walls, doors, dishware, water damage or leaks must be communicated to the host via email or messages through VRBO as soon as possible. You may be required to pay for the damages. Please keep in mind that a thorough check will be completed upon check out and if any damages are spotted, they will be reported for compensation.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, including the balcony. We have a strict no parties policy. We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Please do not tamper with any safety equipment such as fire alarms or firefighting equipment. You must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team.

We do not allow pets in the apartment.

We do not permit short term guests to bring unregistered guests onto the property and no overnight guests are allowed.

For security reasons and to remain in compliance with vacation rental platform policies, I kindly ask that you do not tamper with any external security device, such as the doorbell camera. Any tampering may unfortunately result in a violation of the stay agreement.
