The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Khalifa City A, there is a gated residential complex known as Al Rayyana. The complex has a large surface parking area and a basement parking that can be utilized by residents along with 400 visitor bays for guest parking. The residence offers multiple amenities including state-of-the-art gym, swimming pools, squash courts, several play areas and five landscaped courtyards. The Al Rayyana Plaza in the community takes up the area of 3,000 sq. m.

Other Things to Note:
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
